Our Client’s Challenge
Salzano Electric’s brand was not reaching its full potential, which impacted their profitability and did not fully highlight their capabilities. In a competitive market where rivals were capturing more attention, action was necessary. Owner Jerry Salzano, looking back at his company’s history since 1999, identified the missing element: a strong brand. He also recognized that enhancing the company’s culture was crucial for driving business growth.
“After 20+ years, rebranding felt like a daunting decision. But after talking with Joey and his creative team, I was reassured and confident they would deliver a standout brand for us. They went above and beyond, creating a brand that not only grabs attention but also sparks conversations. Their support and communication were exceptional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kudos to the Visiontech team for capturing our vision so perfectly!”

Our Approach And Solution
Owner Jerry Salzano shared a touching story about his deep bond with his German Shepherd, Otto, who would accompany him on job sites and endearingly became a beloved mascot among homeowners. Unfortunately, during our rebranding process, Otto passed away.
We felt it was only fitting to honor Otto by incorporating him into the new visual identity as a character-based logo. Given that dogs, particularly German Shepherds, are highly cherished for their intelligence, loyalty, and security, Otto’s inclusion was a meaningful tribute.
We crafted an authentic visual identity, including a distinctive color scheme informed by market analysis. The new name, “Salzano Services,” allowed us to build a compelling narrative for social media and digital platforms. By refining their brand story and updating their visual system, we devoted considerable effort to enhancing their digital presence.
